Coaching for Success
John Whitmore (in his book: Coaching for Performance) describes that the many benefits of using a coaching approach include:
More time for the line manager
Improved performance and productivity
Fast track learning
Faster and more effective thinking
Increased quality of decision-making
Better engaged individuals and team
More creative problem-solving
So – imagine how powerful it could be if more line managers, senior executives and directors took a coaching approach to unleash the potential in their teams
This is a 2-day programme with the days scheduled 6-8 weeks apart. In between the two workshops each participant practices their coaching with their teams/colleagues and with each other. A minimum of two coaching sessions take place and each participant logs their experience in a coaching journal.

What a past Leadership School participant said:
“Fantastic, enlightening 2 days, learnt a lot, feel a lot closer to colleagues that took part and learnt a substantial amount about myself! I now have lots of great tools and the confidence (self-belief) to assist my peers and team”
