Confidential sessions for a small group of individuals to discuss their leadership challenges with a Leadership expert.

Leadership Coaching provides a safe, confidential space for a small group of individuals to discuss the leadership challenges that they are facing in their role and for them to receive practical help, advice, top tips, watch outs and techniques from a Leadership expert.

Leadership Coaching normally begins with a series of three confidential 90-minute sessions delivered virtually via video link for upto 4 participants.

(Note: if these sessions are required  to run as pair, trio or quad sessions then it is essential that each individual taking part is comfortable with the colleagues that they are working with and are happy to sign up to a confidentiality agreement.)
