Sharon Collier
Sharon has over 30 years of business experience gained through working in the Retail (FMCG) industry, running her own businesses and working with clients in multiple sectors. This means that she brings a wealth of commercial as well as coaching, facilitation and leadership development experience to the table!
She loves travel, experiencing different cultures, learning about different country’s traditions and sampling local dishes (although she did recently decline the offer of fried grasshoppers!).
Wendy Forrester
Wendy has 20 years’ experience of working with leaders, executive teams and senior managers to maximise their potential. Her approach to coaching, facilitation and highly focused training and development activity is pragmatic and gets results.
Wendy loves a challenge! (think: jumping out of planes, climbing mountains, wing-walking) Her favourite expression is: “Yeah, why not!”
Kirstie Sneyd
Kirstie is an experienced coach and facilitator with over 25 years’ working with a wide variety of leaders. Her background as a management consultant, combined with years in industry and a strong psychology grounding gives her a deep understanding of how individuals and organisations work and an appreciation of the challenges that business leaders face.
Outside of work Kirstie likes setting her own challenges whether that’s taking up rowing again and competing at Henley, opening her garden for the National Gardens Scheme or completing the South West coast path.
Neil Mundell Phipps
Neil has a passionate, driven and engaging personality and has worked with clients in a variety of sectors; including Travel, Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics. He loves meeting people, and discussing what is at the heart of their unique leadership style and approach.
When he is not developing leaders you can find Neil in court (he is a Magistrate/Justice of the Peace and is passionate about making a difference in local communities) or running his B&B in the gorgeous town of Porlock.
Richard Cartlidge
As an RAF navigator, Richard led the first operational Chinooks into Afghanistan after 9/11. Now working with clients in multiple sectors, he is able to transfer his military experiences into the world of leadership within organisations. He shares that knowledge within his book: Your Navigator; Leadership principles from a military flying career.
Outside of work Rich loves being outdoors – walking, coasteering and kayaking
