Sharon Collier

Coach, Facilitator and Leadership Specialist.

Sharon is passionate about partnering with individuals, teams and organisations; supporting them to achieve their goals.

She recognises that being a leader, in any organisation, can be a tricky place to be. Often there are huge demands, a constantly shifting landscape and multiple stakeholder needs to be balanced and met.

She quickly establishes positive relationships, that are based on trust, and respect, and then challenges and supports her clients to explore their thinking, identify the things that may be holding them back, shape their goals and consider how to achieve them.

Sharon has over 30 years of business experience and over 20 years of working within Leadership Development. She works with organisations in the public, private and charitable sectors in multiple different industries.
