Leading with Credibility
A leadership development programme that is built for you.
The Leading with Credibility programme is unique; unlike many others we do not take a ‘pre-written off the shelf’ programme and deliver it to you. Our content is focused on the challenges that we know leaders face; and then adapted to meet the needs of you and the rest of your group.
The programme is delivered in 10 interactive online modules. Each module will contain a range of different approaches that are designed to encourage you to provoke your thinking and to shape your own personal leadership style
In between each module are a series of activities for you to complete; some are individual exercises, some working with another participant in a pair and some working with 2 or 3 other participants to form a small group. So there is plenty of opportunity for you to form new and supportive relationships with the other participants and to put your new learning into practice.
Every module is highly interactive and you will learn some of the leadership theories and models, whilst exploring, questioning and playing with different approaches - testing them against the reality of your day-job and your organisation.
Our aim is to take you out of your comfort zone, stretch and inspire you
- all within a safe and nurturing environment.
Each group contains a maximum of 12 participants to ensure that everyone has the space and opportunity to try things out, speak and be listened to and to build supportive relationships with each other.
Leading with Credibility is called an ‘open programme’ which means that it isn’t exclusive for one particular company or industry. Part of the uniqueness of the programme is that it quite literally is ‘open’ to a range of different leaders from different organisations, industries and backgrounds. That means that you will benefit from working with a small group of business professionals who won’t necessary think like you do! They will bring along their own personal thinking and way of looking at leadership which may well challenge your own thinking. It is very likely that you will be experiencing the same types of challenges - just looking at them through a different lens.
What you will all have in common is wanting to develop yourself as a leader
What’s the investment?
Joining the 2021 programme will cost £3,495 + VAT per person.
If you are based in the West of England it maybe possibly to access a grant towards the cost of the programme.

How the programme is structured
The programme includes the following elements and participants are required to commit to all of them:
A pre-programme Discovery session for you to ‘virtually’ meet your fellow participants and ask us any questions that might be buzzing around in your mind.
A pre-programme Line Manager session so that your line manager can find out more about the programme and how they can support you.
A Myers-Briggs Type Indicator report (if you are not familiar with MBTI then please take a look at the FAQ section to find out more).
Four confidential 121 coaching conversations held with one of our qualified Leadership School coaches. You will work with the same coach throughout the programme and they are there to support you to have the best programme experience.
The option for a confidential 121 call with a wellbeing expert who can answer all of your specific questions about nutrition, eating habits, sleep and exercise. After all – we can only perform well as leaders when we look after ourselves!
The option for an Impact report to be collated on your behalf; proving you with direct feedback about how you are coming across to those that you work most closely with.
Practical inter-module work to complete between modules; applying what you have learnt and preparing yourself for the next module.
Ten half-day interactive online modules:
External speakers who share their leadership stories, experience and top tips
