Many organisations that we work with are finding that individuals are often fantastic in their area of expertise but may not have had the same level of development in their management or leadership skills.
They maybe brilliant specialists but are not so confident to lead themselves or their teams.

This might include development programmes for:
First line managers. Managers who are new into leading teams and who are looking for development in areas such as setting direction and goals, building teams and holding difficult conversations.
Middle managers. Those individuals who may be progressing in their career and who might now be leading larger teams and influencing more widely across the organisation. They may be looking for development in areas such as leading diverse and virtual teams, identifying and effectively managing stakeholders, building internal and external networks and making their organisational voice heard.
Senior / Exec Level leaders. Those working at Board level or Board level -1 may be looking for leadership development that is more bespoke to themselves and their individual needs. We will tailor-make programmes that could include 121 coaching and small group development sessions on topics such as leading organisational change and strategic thinking.
