What are they?

These are 90-minute interactive, online workshops that will be hosted by a qualified Leadership School facilitator and will provide you with practical and effective leadership tools and techniques.

There are four topics in this series:

Leadership in Times of Uncertainty : In this session we will explore:

• what people want and need from a leader in times of uncertainty and how to deliver it.

• the roller coaster of emotions.

• how to identify highs and lows through language and behaviour.

Getting to Grips with the Changing Landscape : In this session we will identify:

• what is within and outside of our control during times of change.

• where energy is currently being spent and the impact of current behaviours.

• how to inspire actions that build confidence and courage.

Personal Resilience : In this session we will discover:

• the concepts of resilience and personal elasticity - and why some days it is easier to ‘bounce-back’ than on others.

• how to improve your personal resilience so that you don’t get derailed when the going gets tough.

• how you can foster a resilient environment in which your team can develop and thrive (rather than just survive).

Communicating to Teams in Times of Change: In this session we will explore:

• why, how, what and when to communicate to teams during times of change – and why it needs to be different.

• creating and communicating a`holding vision’.

• flexing your communication style to ensure that every communication lands effectively.

The practical bits!

When do they take place? We will schedule the workshops based on demand (with a maximum of 08 participants per workshop)

How do they take place? They will be held via Zoom and joining instructions will be sent to you once you have confirmed that you would like to attend.

How many people will be in a session? These are interactive workshops so there will be a minimum of 04 and a maximum of 08 participants.

How much does it cost to attend? The normal cost is £195 + VAT per person however we are currently offering each place at £97 + VAT per person. Once you have confirmed your place an invoice will be emailed to you. We appreciate that these are difficult times for many people and businesses so we have a couple of different payment options that we are happy to chat through with you.
