This interactive workshop gives participants the opportunity to reflect on the past, identify the reality of the present and create a plan for their future.

It can be run as a full day workshop or two half-day webinars.

Together we will :

• Explore the concept of us proactively managing our careers and what that might look and feel like

• Identify our individual Career Drivers and what our past and present experiences can tell us about ourselves.

• Discuss how we can add all of this information to our data bank to help inform the future.

• Craft what an ideal role might look and feel like.

• Identify who within our networks can help and support us with our thinking.

• Create a practical action plan with clear and realistic milestones.
