Me and My Leadership Brand

Just as we recognise and label big brands (such as McDonalds, John Lewis, Easyjet and Amazon) so we recognise and label each other in the same way.

The definition of your brand are the words that people are using to describe you when you are not in the room.

So - what do you think people may be saying about you?

In this session each participant will

  • create their own personalised brand wheel based on creating their own personal leadership brand

  • consider how you stay true to your personal brand when placed under pressure

  • identify how to bring your leadership brand ‘to life’ through –

    • your ‘head and heart’

    • when ‘walking and talking’

    • when delivering ‘proof and pudding

What a past Leadership School participant has said:

This whole session has been a revelation to me. I have never thought about myself as having a brand but now it makes complete sense. Lots to think about and to discuss with my team/peers
