The ability to be able to deliver powerful presentations that engage your audience is a critical business skill expected of many managers and leaders.

But it can sometimes create anxiety and concern and (in a recent management survey) was cited as the thing that most people said they dread!

In this interactive workshop we will explore and then put into practice;

• Developing compelling key messages

• Effective structure of a presentation to keep your audience engaged

• Relaxation techniques to control nerves and find focus

• Appropriate body language and personal presence

Participants will be asked to bring along details of a presentation that they are due to deliver. The afternoon will be spent putting the ‘theory into practice’ with each participant delivering part of their presentation to the rest of the group. Scary those this may seem it is a great opportunity to practice in a very safe space and to gain confidence and insight into how to do it well.
