Why bother finding your ‘why’?!
At an individual level ‘Finding your Why’ is a very personal experience that enables each person to identify what it is that gets them out of bed in the morning, what it is that excites and ignites them, what creates a buzz of satisfaction and fulfillment for them
On a team level it can bring a team together beneath a common purpose, clarify how and where roles knit together and provide a golden thread that connects team activities and creates a clear purpose
On an organisational level it can clarify the overarching organisational purpose, provide an insight into what engages the team(s) and how the two fit together. An organisational ‘why’ can be used as a powerful internal and external branding tool.
We will run a workshop (or series of workshops) for you, using the brilliant work of Simon Sinek, David Mead and Peter Docker, to enable:
Each person to identify their individual ‘why’ and to share their thoughts with each other
Collectively to co-create the team or organisational ‘why’
You to discuss how and where you would like to reflect your ‘why’ internally (for example: in your values, through systems and processes) and externally (for example: on websites, in external communications and recruitment)
